Welcome to Praxio, operated by Nedax d.o.o., a company registered in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. By accessing or using Praxio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Praxio is a web-based skill-building platform for ERP consultants. It provides educational content including flashcards, quizzes, scenario challenges, and community features. The Service is provided "as is" for educational and professional development purposes.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Praxio offers paid subscription tiers (Study, Pro, Team). Payments are processed through Monri, our payment gateway. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using latest TLS encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.
This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa.
Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.
Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.
Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.
In addition, every transaction is routed through 3-D Secure authentication (Visa Secure®, Mastercard® Identity Check™). Where your card issuer requires it, you will be asked to confirm the payment with a one-time code, biometric, or banking-app approval before the charge is authorised. If you notice activity on your card that you did not authorise, please contact your card issuer immediately and, where possible, write to delija.fariss@gmail.com so we can cooperate on the investigation.
All prices displayed on Praxio are shown and charged in euros (EUR, €). If your card is issued in a currency other than EUR, your bank or card network will convert the transaction at their exchange rate at the moment of capture. The converted amount appearing on your card statement may therefore differ slightly from the EUR total displayed at checkout. Praxio does not perform currency conversion and is not responsible for exchange-rate differences, foreign-transaction fees, or cross-border charges applied by your card issuer.

All platform content (flashcards, quizzes, Field Guide content, assessment questions) is owned by Nedax d.o.o. Community-submitted questions become part of the platform's content library upon approval; submitters retain attribution credit but grant Praxio a perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content.
Your Consultant DNA profile, progress data, and personal information remain yours. You may export or delete your data at any time.
The "Level 5 in 90 days" guarantee applies to Pro subscribers who complete at least 3 practice sessions per week for 90 consecutive days. If you meet the activity requirement and do not reach Level 5, your subscription will be extended at no additional cost until you do. This guarantee does not constitute a refund offer.
Praxio is an educational tool. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, certification results, or professional success. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nedax d.o.o.'s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Sarajevo.
